Free advertisement for your event
The calendar on http://www.oxevent.com has been set up for Oxfordshire so you can enter your event into it, you can register and become a trusted member and enter your own event details, or if you do not want to register, a form can be filled in and sent to us, and we will enter you details into the calendar.
When organising and event, one can view the calendar and see what other events are on that day and local to yours. Also bear in mind that if your event is entered, then other event organisers will see you event and probable not set up a function to conflict with yours.
As mentioned this is a free service to villages and charities, but there is a small charge for businesses.
This site will be advertised to the public, so persons can see what is on, thereby giving you a free advert for your event.
This calendar is only for Oxfordshire, so go to http://www.oxevent.com and have a look at it anyway.
A viewer can click on an event in the calendar and will be taken to another page where all the details of that event are viewable, this will also have a link under (map) and take you to a map to show exactly where that event is taking place.
