Bloxham Parish Council – Summary of December meeting

Date held – held on 7/12/09

Present – There were nine Parish Councillors and the District Councillor Eric Heath present. Sian Phillips for BloxFest was also present.
Actions
Three Salt Bins to be ordered from Highways.
Dog/Litter Bins to be ordered.
Local Transport Plan:  Chairman to draft reply
Bloxham School responsible for upkeep of access strip by Jubilee Park Hall to Dewey Centre
Planning - Parish Council to be pro-active about potential developments in village. Therefore meeting to be arranged for whole village in New Year to discuss this further.
Application -  felling of six trees for Willow Nook, Steeple Close, Single storey extension for 59 Courtington Lane, and relaxation of hours for Veterinary Surgery S. Newington Road: No objection
Decision from OCC -  agreed to erection at Primary School
Standing Orders/Financial regulations – reviewed.
Traffic problems – to be referred to NAGS
Crest for Bloxham – rather than Coat of Arms to be considered.
Pharmacy – Reading NHS have confirmed that full application for pharmacy in village has been received within time limit and is now being processed.
