  1. It must have been a very brave or foolish person to tell you there’d be no development on a piece of land – especially at a time when the local plan is mid-review! What land is allocated for building is recommended by Cherwell Planning and decided (subject to appeal) by Cherwell District Council.

  2. What application is submitted, if any? for Farm land change of use, Off Milton road opposite Russell Street. Could this be for housing?? As we are on the new Bloxham estate [Miller Homes] and when purchasing this new property, we were told there would be no development on the Above land, could you please clarify.
