Cllrs Mitchell and Thirzie Smart were present for part of the meeting.<br \/>\n<strong>Transport:<\/strong> Alix Michaelis from ORCC spoke about a needs survey for subsidised bus services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coat of Arms: <\/strong>Four people had expressed concern about the proposed cost and could see no advantage in it.<br \/>\n<strong>Bulb Planting:<\/strong> Further bulbs to be ordered and environment sub group will arrange for the planting of them in the village. Jubilee Park: Inspection report of play area received.<br \/>\n<strong>Recreation Ground:<\/strong> On receipt of up to date quote from Wicksteed, all agreed for increase in donation to be made, and then ownership to be handed over to Trustees of recreation ground.<br \/>\nPlanning sub group to consider Core Strategy document about future planning received from CDC and then to lead discussion at next meeting so as to help formulate Parish Council&#8217;s reply.<br \/>\n<strong>Planning: <\/strong>No objection made to applications for replacement of metal fencing for Pophleys, Banbury Rd, variation of condition 13 to allow occupation of 30 dwellings on north side of Milton Rd before means of access is completed, reduction of Lime Tree for Sunnyside, High St, nor to proposal for land adjacent to 60 Tadmarton Rd.<br \/>\nDecisions from CDC: Agreed subject to conditions: Addition of 2 roof lights for Old barn House, Cumberford; erection of wall for 6 Chipperfield Park Rd; removal of asbestos, etc for Mildura, Kings Rd. Agreed for reduction of height of tree for Wheatland Cottage, Kings Rd.<br \/>\nThe resident present sought clarification about the proposed land drainage of the field off Hobb Hill, and also expressed concern about the granting of planning permission for-change of use of Homecraft to a Restaurant and Take away.<br \/>\n<strong>Parish Plan:<\/strong> It is hoped questionnaire will be out before Christmas. Risk Management: Proposed amendments\/additions to document agreed. Finance: Second part of precept received and also cost from family for the bench in memory of Connie McCammon (top of Cumberford Hill) Rural Strategy &#8211; deadline for replies to CDC has been extended.
