\nThe best place to find the detail on this is at the Oxfordshire County Council Website by clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Register and apply online using the OCC admissions website<\/a>. Make sure you understand the\u00a0admissions process\u00a0before applying.<\/p>\n

To apply for a school place:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Use theschools list to find\u00a0<\/a>nearby\u00a0schools or view our secondary\u00a0map (pdf format, 2.5Mb)<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Register\u00a0and apply for a place online<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After you apply everyone who applies online will receive an\u00a0email on 1 March\u00a02017 detailing which school they\u00a0have\u00a0been offered a place for. All applicants will also be sent a letter on 1 March\u00a02017.<\/p>\n

    Important things to remember when applying<\/p>\n

      \n
    • you can list three different schools in order of preference. We strongly advise you to use all three preferences<\/li>\n
    • it is the responsibility of parents\/carers to apply for a school place<\/li>\n
    • we advise you to enter your catchment (or designated) school as one of your preferences<\/li>\n
    • if your application is late, you are far less likely to get a place at one of your preferred schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • 31\u00a0October\u00a02016\u00a0– closing date for on-time applications<\/strong><\/li>\n
