The whole tour was very enjoyable.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The National Lottery-funded Heritage Group of the \u201cBuilding our Future\u201d project at St Mary&#8217;s Church has established a team of tour guides to provide tours of the church and churchyard. These bring to life the history, art, architecture, stories and characters associated with what is \u201cone of the grandest churches in the country\u201d according to Pevsner\u2019s Buildings of England, and an important focus of Bloxham village life for over a thousand years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tours last about an hour and a quarter and there is a charge of \u00a35 per head, with all proceeds going to the \u201cBuilding our Future\u201d appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are two upcoming tours open to the public:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wed 10 May, 6.45pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mon 12 June, 6.45pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact Ian Myson&nbsp; (<a href=\"mailto:ian_myson@hotmail.com\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:ian_myson@hotmail.com\">ian myson@hotmail.com <\/a> : 07594 969381) to book a place on one of these dates.
