To receive any apologies for absence from the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i>Members who cannot attend a meeting shall tender their apologies to the Parish Clerk prior to the\u00a0 meeting as, under Section 85(1) of the Local Government Act 1972, the members present must decide\u00a0 whether the reason(s) for a member&#8217;s absence shall be accepted.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>7:05pm \u2013 7:10pm\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b>Declarations of Interest\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i>(a) To receive Declarations of Interest in respect of matters contained in this agenda, in accordance\u00a0 with the provisions of the Localism Act 2011 in respect of members and in accordance with the\u00a0 provisions of the Local Government Act 1972 in respect of officers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>(b) To consider any Dispensation Requests received by the Parish Clerk and not previously considered.\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Advice on declarations of interest should be sought from the Clerk prior to the meeting, as advice <\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>cannot be given to Councillors at Parish Council meetings.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>7:10pm \u2013 7:15pm<\/b><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b>Minutes <\/b>&#8211;
