Modified Bloxham Neighbourhood Plan\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) – Regulation 16\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Bloxham Parish Council has prepared a Modified Neighbourhood Development Plan for Bloxham Parish. The Plan proposes planning policies to be used in the determination of planning applications within the Neighbourhood Plan Area.<\/p>\n

Cherwell District Council is undertaking public consultation on the draft (Submission) Plan.<\/p>\n

The consultation period commences on Monday 8th December 2025 and the deadline for receiving representations is Sunday 1 February 2026 11.59pm.<\/p>\n

The draft Plan and supporting documents available for public comment are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Documents 1 – 6 can be viewed in person at the deposit locations listed below.<\/p>\n

Adderbury Library<\/b>, Church House, High Street, Adderbury, OX17 3LS, Tuesday and Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, Thursday 2pm-5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 12:30pm (excluding bank holidays)<\/p>\n

The White Lion Caf\u00e9<\/b>, 16 High Street, Bloxham, OX15 4LT, <\/b>Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm (opening times may vary during school holidays)<\/p>\n

Please note that all representations will be made publicly available and will be forwarded for consideration to the person appointed to carry out an independent examination of the Plan.<\/p>\n
