Bloxham School is organising a careers fair for it’s pupils but has generously indicated that other students in the immediate local area can attend.
There is an impressive line-up of employers and education providers. They will be happy to offer advice on a wide range of careers and qualifications.
Clearly capacity will be limited and if you are interested you will need to contact Bloxham School Head of Careers, Dr Claire Evans, on cee@bloxhamschool.com to check if they can accommodate you

Additionally, if you are going to make full use of the opportunity, you will need properly to prepare.
As the title of a book by one army general says, “Hope is not a method!”
Bloxham School have made available a useful download leaflet that offers you tips on how to get started with a meaningful discussion.  You would do well to read this. It also lists the organisations that will be present and you should “shortlist” ones that may be of interest to you.

Remember:

1. Don’t book unless you are definitely100%  going to turn up.
2. Prepare properly:

   • Read the help-leaflet available here and act upon it.
   • Shortlist and research some companies or education providers that you may be interested in.
