It’s been 2 years since we started Beavers in Bloxham and in March we celebrated 1 year since Cubs restarted.
The Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are thriving, with all 3 sections full to capacity and an ever growing waiting list of girls and boys wishing to join.

To continue running a successful Scout Group we do need some additional adult support. The Leaders in Bloxham do believe that there are ex Scouts (and Guides) who now as adults would be willing to give some of their time back to Scouting. We are especially looking for people 18 years+ to come and help at Cubs. Cubs are eight to ten and a half years old, meeting on a Thursday evening, 6pm to 7,30pm. As part of the Cub team you would help to plan and support the running of the activities for the Cubs.

This doesn’t necessarily mean coming to Cubs every week – but that would be fantastic! We are happy if someone could commit to helping us just once a month/

We are also very interested in finding local people who would be willing to share a hobby. teach the young people a new skill or do you work somewhere interesting that the Beavers, Cubs or Scouts could come and visit.
