Who is looking at this website and what devices and browsers are they using?
Well – quite a lot of people given that we are a small UK village. We seem to be heading for 60,000 page views this year.
Over the last two days (Aug 22-3rd) there have been around 500 acceses of the site almost 90% of which were from the UK. Around 4% were from Spain – but then it is the summer holidays!
Almost a third of page accesses are made via an i-Pad or i-Phone. Most of thre rest are via a P.C. with a few using smart televisions or Android devices
The most common web-browser is Safari (used mostly in Apple products) followed by internet Explorer. About 7 were by the web-crawlers used by companies like Google to find out what’s on the site.

Are you looking at me or are we looking at you!
Well – we’re not exactly Google or the CIA so – No we don’t know who is looking. We just have information about our users in general such as
- what they’re looking for (e.g. 488 bus timetable)
- what sort of device they’re using (e.g. i-Pad, mobile phone, PC, etc)
- what web-browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, etc)
- roughly where people are accessing the site from (e.g. UK, Spain, Australia etc)
We abide by strict privacy rules and – even if we did know who you were – we would never divulge ANYTHING about individuals to ANYONE
