Phase 1 – Heating Upgrade

• Full planning granted to replace the boiler and upgrade the heating system throughout
• All funds raised – including generous grant from Oxfordshire Historic Churches Trust (OHCT)
• Heating engineer appointed – Darnells Ltd
• Work to begin in September with some preliminary works beforehand

Phase 1 – Screen & Facilities

• The planning permission for the curved screen and facilities has been in front of the Chancellor of the Oxford Diocese and we await the outcome…
• Detailed plans for the kitchen have been drawn up and are ready to go
• Approx 30% of funding received with 10 grant applications awaiting decisions

Fundraising Update…

• A further £60k has been raised following a virtual garden party kindly hosted by Sir Tony Baldry. Very many thanks to all who donated so generously
• 10 live grant applications awaiting decision
• £12k grant towards heating from Oxfordshire Historic Churches Trust
• Planning underway for congregation Hymns & Pimm’s event
