Special Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Special Annual General Meeting of Bloxham Amateur Theatrical Society will be held on Tuesday, 24th June 2008 at the Elephant and Castle, Bloxham at 8.00 p.m. This is for the purpose of approving annual reports and to consider the possibility that BATS may be disbanded.
Alternatively, there is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person or Group to take over the running of a well established theatrical society and continue a well supported presence in Bloxham.
The Group would have the support of the existing Committee if required.
