N. Beacon Hill Neighborhood Planning Open House 9/27/09

Bloxham Parish Council is seeking information from the residents of the village to aid the production of a “Neighbourhood Plan”.
Bloxham Parish Council have an excellent “Parish Plan”, but in line with the current National Planning Policy Framework (intended to replace the existing myriad of planning policies) the Parish Council needs to expand on the issues raised in the Parish Plan.
The Neighbourhood Plan is a forward looking document meant to ensure that in the next ten years, development within Bloxham will be in line with the requirements of its residents.
The Neighbourhood Plan will encompass all aspects of the facilities and living requirements of Bloxham residents, such as Housing, Transport, Utilities, Schools, Employment and Recreation. Once the Parish Council has your views it will produce a Neighbourhood Plan, and submit this for inspection and approval, to complement Cherwell District’s Local Plan.
Bloxham Parish Council needs your support in producing a plan that is suitable for the
village.
The information and view gathering meeting will be held on –
2nd December at 7.30 p.m. at the Jubilee Park Hall.
