Ten councillors and No residents were present. Jeremy Sacha and Andrew Barnes (both formerly of CDC) spoke of their work and being able to assist with landscaping and planning applications, etc. Parish Council considered future developments re responsibilities of Parish Councils but decided to wait till statement issued later in year. Residents through Parish Councillors had raised issues of steep drop onto Cumberford Hill from path, potholes in Queen St, and possibility of flooding through blocked ditches on Tadmarton Road. Clerk to follow up with Highways Japanese Knotweed in village: Recommended that this should be sprayed three times a year and not just twice as at present.
