Hello Spring!

Bloxham Pre School children have been enjoying learning about lifecycles this term.
We explored the ‘Lifecycle of a Frog’ and the ‘Lifecycle of a Butterfly’. The children have watched the butterflies form from caterpillars and we have nurtured them within Pre School.
We have also enjoyed being out in the garden, exploring the new plants and insects that they have seen. A nature walk was had and enjoyed by all. The children were excited about everything they had found on their walk and we went back into Pre School to draw the insects and plants explored on the walk. This month we have also begun practising for our Sport Day! The children have shown resilience in learning all new races and we know they will do us very proud on the day.
The children had another visit to our ‘Godswell Care Home family’ this term where we shared books with the residents and the children drew pictures for the residents rooms.
Let’s hope the sun is here to stay.
