We understand that the decision on the Bourne Lane Development at Hook Norton, which was due to be announced tomorrow (July 4th), will now be delayed so that it can be considered at the same time as the other local developments that the Secretary of State ‘recovered’ from the inspectors.
If this is the case it is not surprising that a decision has been made to consider all the developments together rather than risking inconsistency and consequent legal challenges.
So – I guess it’s going to be sometime on or before September 23rd.
