The Cherwell D.C. website contains details of a new proposed multi-storey development.
It would involve demolition of the garage and construction of 5 three (or is it four?)-storey dwellings that will dominate the corner of Cumberford Hill and Brookside.
They seem to be the antithesis of what is sought in the Neighbourhood Plan in just about every respect but that plan does not yet carry weight in the planning process.
