Could ALL owners of dogs please ensure that their dog does not foul anywhere – in streets, on grass verges e.g. Barford Road and Winters Way, but especially on lying Fields of the Recreation Ground, Jubilee Park, Primary School, Warriner school and Bloxham School. This is a definite health hazard since if any person ts infected by dog fouling, then that person is at risk of being infected by toxaemia blood poisoning). Owners could be liable to a fine.
Bags are available in the post-office for picking up any dog excrement. Please use them.
