BLOXHAM GARDENING CLUB

Our Annual Plant Sale on May 17th was another very successful, enjoyable event from which we were able to donate a record £168 to the Katharine House Hospice. In addition, the KHH stall at the sale made a further £55 so we were all well pleased with the total result!

Our sincere thanks to the club members who worked hard on the day, and to all from Bloxham and surrounding areas for their support, and our special thanks to the local businesses and club members for their generous donations towards the raffle prizes.

The next event on our summer programme is a club visit to Chival Farm, Heythrop, on the evening of July 20^th. This is a beautifully designed country garden, continually evolving, with extensive views, colour schemed borders with many unusual trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants, and much more. The cost of £7.50 includes tea/coffee and biscuits.
