On Christmas morning I was driving through South Newington and a tyre on my car blew out with a very large bang, caused by a big hole right through the front tyre. I pulled off the road and thought “how the **** do I change a wheel on this car?” Then two young men stopped by my car and said, “can we change the wheel for you?” and they did, quickly and efficiently and drove off again. How is that for a good deed and the thought of how very nice the people are who live around us? David Guard

This harsh, cold weather that we have had recently, will have done a lot of good to our gardens, killing off bugs and black-fly etc. Then as a result, we should all have better gardens with fewer problems this year.
