Community Health Promotion Events

Everyone Welcome!

Bloxham & Hook Norton Surgeries, together with your Patient Participation Group, are holding two Community Health Promotion events this October.

The aim is simple: to help us all think a little more about staying well, preventing ill health and knowing what support is available within our community.

There will be a variety of stalls, information and advice available, including Age UK, bowel cancer awareness, information about the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, and more.

We’ll also be holding a cake sale in aid of Katharine House Hospice – so there’s another very good reason to pop in!

The events are taking place alongside the surgery flu clinics, but you do not need to be attending a flu clinic to come along – everyone is welcome.

Bloxham Surgery – 3rd October, 10am-2pm

Hook Norton Surgery – 17th October, 10am-2pm
