Congratulations to Hook Norton that their Neighbourhood Plan has passed it’s final hurdle.
It was recentky approved by a Plan examiner as being valid leaving only the final stage of a village referendum.
This took place on Thursday 3rd September and received an overwhelming majority in favoour.
total of 584 votes were cast – 34.8% of the total eligible to vote.
- In favour of the plan – 568
- Against the Plan – 16
- Spoilt Ballots – None
The Plan will now become part of local planning law.
The Bloxham Plan has been completed by the Bloxham Neighbourhood Plan team and passed by the parish Council.
It is currently awaiting a final input from Cherwell District Council before being published for a final 6 week consultation followed by examination and referendum.
As soon as Cherwell publish the plan we will let you know as it’s important people take this final chance to put down in writing what they think.
