Bloxham Parish Council would like to thank the many villagers who attended the meeting on the 24th September in St Mary’s church. Over 300 residents were present.

An impromptu call for a fighting fund was made by residents and £609 was collected on the night. We hope to give residents further opportunities to add to this fund by having collecting containers in the local pubs and the Post Office:- do keep a look out for them.

A group of volunteers is developing a communication and publicity strategy -and you will see the results of their work shortly.

To enable residents to attend the crucial planning meeting at Cherwell District Council (Bodicote House) which has now been arranged for 4pm on the 8th November 2012 we will provide coaches (car parking at Bodicote House is limited). Please come and join us. The cost will be £3.00 per person (return).

To secure your place on the coach, book and pay at the Ex Serviceman’s Hall on Friday 12th October and Sat, 13th October between 10.00am and 12.00 noon.
