There has been very little response to the plea for help with the production of the paper version of the Bloxham Broadsheet, so sadly we have to announce that unless a new team will come forward to take over this project, the Broadsheet will cease to be published after the end of 2016.

As most of the team are well over 80, they all need a chance to sit back and relax after so many years, but we feel sure that there must be some people in the village who have the skills and ability to take over this fun activity and to put a new outlook on what goes on in the village.

The current team are happy to be shadowed in their work till retirement in December. Perhaps there are some budding journalists who would enjoy chasing up the news stories, interviewing personalities, and checking on events and club activities, and a couple of friends who would help with the admin side, while someone with computer skills would put the magazine together once a month. Whether you are a long-term resident of Bloxham or recently arrived, we would like to hear from you!
