Very last chance (30th Sept) to object to new development behind the church.

Only 20 objections to date. Does that mean residents think it’s OK.

If you’re one who doesn’t then email planning@cherwell-dc.gov.uk and say so.

Include your name, address and that you’re a Bloxham resident along with the apllication number: 15/01528/F and a few reasons for your objections.

• There are plenty of reasons to choose from:
• Traffic at mini-roundabout,High St and Church St and schools.
• Under-capacity of schools and, doctor’s.
• More traffic across public footpaths,
• Lack of open-market downsize housing,
• Unsuitable materials right on the edge of the conservation area
• Constant changing of plans with no new public consultation
• Too many houses going into Bloxham with no matching infrastructure improvements
• Failure to comply with the submitted Neighbourhood Plan.
• or jmaybe ust that it’s a beautiful rural field to walk through with great  views of the church: Why ruin it?
