A date has been announced for an inspector led appeal by Miller Homes regarding the Tadmarton Road Development.
It’s Tuesday 4 March 2014 at 10.00am and is expected to last 4 days.
It’s difficult not to be cynical about the entire process given that the Government seems to have a “Build Anything Anywhere” policy.
Still – let’s not make it easier for Millers than we have to as we’re going to have to live with the outcome.
Doubtless you will hear from the Parish Council in due course.
Millers describe the project as: Erection of up to 60 dwellings with access from Tadmarton Road, associated amenity space, community parkland and additional parking for Bloxham Primary School.
You are, at the Inspector’s discretion, entitled to attend the Inquiry and state your case in person or through an accredited representative.
Proofs of Evidence and the Statement of Common Ground are expected to be available for inspection from Friday 7 February 2014.
You should find documents can be viewed on line via the CDC website although finding stuff is not always easy!
A leaflet offering further guidance is available online here.
The appeal decision will be published on the Planning Portal once it is issued.
