Notice of Road Closure

Annual Remembrance Sunday Service and Parade.
10th November. 2019.

For the annual parade and church services taking place during this day of Remembrance a section of the A361 through the centre of the village, between Courtington Lane and Barford Road, will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 10.00 am and 12.45 pm.
A diversion by way of Courtington Lane, Tadmarton Road and Cumberford will be in place and signposted.
Road barriers will be placed at the junction of Courtington Lane and High Street, and at the junction of Church Street and Barford Road. These will be manned by members of Smiths of Bloxham.
Parents bringing children to take part in the Parade and Services can gain access to the drop off point outside of the Wesleyan Theatre / Elephant & Castle in Humber Street by way of Strawberry Terrace, Brickle Lane, Chapel Street and Humber Street. Exit will be by way of Humber Street and High Street to the junction with Courtington Lane.
