The Vestry Meeting is held for the purpose of appointing the Churchwardens, and all residents of the parish who are entered on the local government electoral roll are entitled to take part (as well as members of the church electoral roll).
This will be followed immediately by the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, which is in effect the AGM of the church; only members of the church electoral roll are entitled to vote at this meeting but all are welcome to attend.
