It will come as no shock at all that the Tadmarton Road Development has been approved by the Planning Inspector who heard the Millers Appeal.
It’s hardly worth wasting space (again) on explaining why.
Indeed it’s hard to even contemplate why the government is willing to waste people’s time and money holding hearings rather than just being honest and  saying:

• CDC doesn’t have an approved local plan
• CDC doesn’t have a five year supply of housing.
• Localism! You didn’t really believe all that spin did you!!!
• Forget it: it’s as good as already approved!
