The Parish Council meeting agenda is posted on the Notice boards in the village. Any resident can attend and if there are any issues they wish to raise, this can be done at the beginning of the meeting. A full copy of the minutes can be seen on application to the Parish Clerk (720556) after they have been agreed as a true record, or on the parish council website www .bloxham-parish-council. org
As I am normally at the coffee morning at the Ex-Servicemen’s Hall on a Friday morning, I am proposing that if any resident wishes to raise issues with me, then they can do so at that time. I will normally be there from about 10.30am. David Godfrey, Parish Clerk
