Your local, friendly club for older residents of Bloxham and surrounding areas is supported by a team of volunteer helpers who assist the Coordinator and Deputy in providing a special day out for our 11 members in Bloxham Parish Rooms.
We are seeking some additional volunteer support and would love to hear from you if you have a couple of hours to offer on a Thursday morning or afternoon on a rota basis, once a month or more if you are able.
Helpers assist practically in laying out the tables and chairs, delivering activities, washing up after lunch and providing teas and coffees, however possibly even more importantly they are part of the family and enable our members to be welcomed and included in conversations and socialising.
Training is provided and references and checks are made to ensure we offer the best experience for everyone.
