Warriner Choral Society

Dank, recessionary August splatters into Similar September. By the time you read this will October have even glinted, before Nothing-November arrives? Are there no cymbals, songs and sunlight, to stir the suffering soul?
HAVE NO FEAR! To quicken the pulse and warm the blood the Warriner Choral Society under Musical Director Martin Quinn will be presenting THREE JOYFUL works! From the ‘blistering brass’ which opens John Rutter’s Gloria to the ‘great peal of Alleluias’ that closes his Winchester Te Deum we can promise an evening of jubilant music. Voice, brass, percussion and mighty organ, will resound the rafters in these and in Bob Chilcott’s Jubilate – a new, joyous composition, yet to be recorded.
You will hear it at the Church of St Peter & St Paul, Deddington, on Saturday 15th November commencing at 7.30 pm, with refreshments during the evening. Tickets (£8 and £7 cones) obtainable from Hamptons International, Deddington, One Man Band, Banbury, Bloxham Post Office, from  Jenny on  or on the door
