A few months ago we told villagers about the forthcoming opening of the White Lion Cafe.
Many welcomed this although there were also concerns about the impact upon the already chaotic High Street parking situation.
Two months later the cafe appears to be flourishing. (They are currently looking for a barista to work there on Saturdays – ideally a local person.)
The school has expressed it’s gratefulness for all the support and positive feedback it has received from the village.
