Bloxham Online is a website and FaceBook page for the village of Bloxham.

We liaise closely with the paper Bloxham Broadsheet sharing information as appropriate but it is not run by the same people.

Bloxham Online particularly tries to ‘plug the gaps’ by publishing time-sensitive information much more rapidly than is possible in the paper publication.

We continue to receive high levels of use averaging over 3000 page views / month. Although slightly down on a year or so ago this is more than offset by the huge numbers now accessing the information by the Bloxham Online FaceBook page where we have nearly 2000 followers.

The majority of users access it via a smartphone, only one in four using a traditional desktop or laptop.

Around one in four people log directly into the site – probably via bookmarks.

The remainder arrive either via a search engine (mostly Google) or by clicking on social media links.

A small percentage (4%) are referred via links from other websites.

Bloxham Online does not carry adverts for commercial organisations and is is run purely as a non-profit venture to serve the local community.
