Recently children have been observed playing ball games in the Jubilee Park car park and climbing over the fence into the electricity substation to retrieve balls.

It goes without saying that this is extremely dangerous and the Jubilee Park Management Committee together with Bloxham Parish Council are very concerned about the risk of serious injury or worse.

There are signs prohibiting ball games in the car park and multiple signs on the electricity substation warning of the danger. There is also a very large playing field available for playing of ball games.

Would all parents please ensure that their children are playing safely.
