We are taking a tree and working on ideas for the ‘Christmas Stories’ theme in line with our ‘minimum waste’ aims.

REVIEW. June 6-14 saw Bloxham’s 6th anniversary of the UK’s national celebration of positive community action to protect Nature and encourage sustainability. Year on year this Week in Bloxham attracts our many regulars and new blood as well. 2026 highlights: talks on re-wilding disused quarries, climate psychology and a film on the secret life of fungi, plus a presentation on access to local energy supplies.   Creatures great and small would have been thankful for any refuge in grass left to grow long this extremely hot summer. Dry as it has been, the reality is that year on year, we should also prepare for flooding and other weather extremes…
