I refer to the minutes of the Parish Council meeting in the June 2009 Broadsheet regarding the state of  The Goggs and Frog Lane footpaths, including the bank at the corner of the two.

The Parish Council states that they are trying to ascertain ownership. What they did not say was that the same questions were raised in July 2006, then again in both July and September 2007. The same answer was received – they were trying to ascertain ownership!

One has to wonder why, then, has it taken over three years to date to find out this ownership, particularly when it is all copiously recorded in the Parish Council’s own minutes?
