We’re not sure why – probably because he’s missed a date set in the conditions by which he should have sorted things. Anyway – for whatever reason it has to be heard again by CDC Planning committee.

Well – it’s nice to know developers are worried at the prospect of neighbourhood plans bringing an end to their “build anything anywhere” spree!
Gladmans are going to the huge expense of challenging in the High Court a Neighbourhood Plan that is imminently due to be approved by referendum.
One can’t help but think their inclusion of the word ‘fairness’ in this challenge is, like them, a bit rich!
