Our Topics & Activities
The children have thoroughly enjoyed this term’s topic on ‘growing’ and have been planting seeds and taking care of plants in the garden.
We are looking forward to celebrating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in a few weeks and are busy preparing crowns and dressing up as the Royal Family!!   The children are very excited about attending the whole schools Jubilee party on the 1^st of June.
Sports Day will take place on Saturday 14^th of July, so we are starting our preparations. This year the event will sport an Olympic theme!!  Children will be designing their own T shirts for the occasion and refreshments will be available.  It’s a lovely day open to all the family so please feel free to bring grandparents etc. along. Fingers crossed for dry weather.

Fundraising
Car Boot – We need your quality items!
We are reserving a space at Bodicote Car Boot sale on Sunday July 1^st to raise funds for Preschool.  If you have any quality items that are gathering dust in your loft then all items will be gratefully received.   Please either bring them to Preschool or drop them off at Greystones, opposite Bread & Milk in Bloxham, to Anna Carless.  Or if you have larger items then call Anna: 07900 056577.  Any un-sold items will be given to a charity shop or disposed of.

Sponsored Bike Ride – The Preschool staff are organising a Sponsored Bike Ride for the children during the week after half term. Sponsorship forms will be sent out in advance with full details.
